Target Field is getting seriously food/PR-savvy, but we’re not complaining. Next on their list of crowd pleasers, Roots for the Home Team, a program which brings locally grown veggies from youth gardens around the area to the stadium for Sunday home games. Even more reason to check out a game. Some of these salads are looking pretty good. But can baseball and greens mix?
